Refunds & Returns Policy

Return Window
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees on any returns.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued for the price paid by the customer, including sale pricing or discounts applied at checkout.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

  • Items not in original condition or not returned in original packaging
  • Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Two Types of Returns — Who Pays for What

Our Error (Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Item)
If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label if a return is required.
  • You will receive a full refund or replacement, as appropriate.

Customer-Initiated Returns (Change of Mind or Ordered Incorrect Item)
If you decide to return an item for reasons not related to an error on our part:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds apply to the product price paid, plus applicable taxes.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us so we can assist.

Authorization Required
All returns must be authorized in advance and requested within 14 days of delivery.
Please email info@decoupagenapkins.com before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Cold Weather Advisory — Liquid Products (Important)
DecoupageNapkins.com sells temperature-sensitive liquid products, including varnish, paint, glue, and other liquid finishes.

If freezing temperatures are expected anywhere along the return route, please delay your return.
We strongly recommend thermal packaging and the use of a heat pack.
Liquid products that freeze while being shipped back to us cannot be refunded.

If you’re unsure whether conditions are safe for return shipping, please contact us before sending your item.

We stand behind the quality of our products, and when issues arise, they are most often related to the application process rather than the materials themselves.
