Minimum Order Subtotal

A minimum product subtotal of $5.00 is required before checkout. This helps us keep small-order processing manageable while continuing to offer individual napkins and other low-cost craft supplies.

If your cart subtotal is below $5.00, the checkout and express payment buttons may be unavailable until more is added to your cart.

Shipping, taxes, discounts, and gift cards do not count toward the $5.00 minimum product subtotal.

Why a Cart Transaction May Not Complete

• On rare occasions, a cart transaction may not complete because an item in your cart with limited available quantity was purchased by another customer who completed checkout first. If this happens, please email us and we will help identify the item and assist you with checkout.
• If you experience difficulty removing items from your cart, please clear your internet browser’s cache and refresh your session. This happens very occasionally on certain browsers.
• If checkout or express payment buttons appear unavailable, please check your cart subtotal first. Your product subtotal may be below the $5.00 minimum required for checkout.
