Technical Difficulty: If you are having any kind of cart difficulty or other technical issue please report it right away. We appreciate your help. Provide good details and a screen shot if possible. Tell us whether you were on a cell phone, computer and what web browser you're using.

📦 Postal Delivery or Package Status Questions

Please read the information below before submitting a package inquiry via our contact form:

  • Fulfillment Time: Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days. Our hardworking team hand-pulls each custom order, double-checks it, and processes it at our postage desk—quickly and carefully! So, factor this into your arrival estimate.

  • Tracking Information:

    • A tracking link is emailed to you automatically once your order ships.

    • If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folders. If it landed there, please mark us as a safe sender so future updates arrive as they should.

  • Carrier Delivery Estimates: It’s common for UPS or USPS to update their delivery timeframes as your package moves through their system.

    • Once your order leaves our hands, we have access to the same tracking updates you do. We cannot see more than what’s publicly available through the carrier’s tracking link.

  • If your package has only been in transit for a few business days after your order shipment date, we kindly ask that you allow it additional time to arrive.

    • Inquiries about packages still moving within a typical window will not receive priority support.

    • You’re welcome to contact your local post office or UPS store directly if you need detailed assistance.

  • Marked as Delivered but Not Received?

    • If your USPS tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact your postal carrier or local post office branch directly. It's also good to check with your neighbors in case it was inadvertently left nearby.

    • Provide USPS your tracking number and describe where packages are usually left. They’re in the best position to help locate it or speak with your carrier’s supervisor.

  • Transit Delays Outside Our Control:
    UPS and USPS transit times are not within our control. Occasionally, delays happen due to logistical issues, such as:

    • System or computer errors at sorting hubs

    • Staff shortages at mail facilities

    • Inclement weather

    • Postal or transportation strikes

    • Surges in mail volume during holidays or sales events

    • Misrouted packages or hub bottlenecks

These types of disruptions are common and not something we can influence once the package has left our facility. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
