We currently offer Worldwide shipping to most countries.

  • Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Transit times which are listed in your checkout shipping price-tiers are measured from the time the mail carrier picks up from our office, following fulfillment.
  • If using a 3rd party checkout such as PayPal or Shop Pay, be sure to verify that your shipping address is correct in their system. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their shipping address on orders placed.

United States shipping:

Proceed to the Checkout screen and enter your zip code to calculate the shipping cost for your order. This cost is based upon package weight. We offer a special reduced-price $3.95 Flat Rate shipping tier for packages weighing under 16 ounces. 

Small Napkin Orders: We offer an economical option for small orders of 4 or less napkins. The cost is $1.95 flat rate for a Kraft oversize envelope with no tracking.

Free Shipping is offered for orders over $75 on domestic USA orders. The $75 spend is computed on cart total after applied discounts. The typical delivery window is 5 to 8 business days.

A USPS Priority Mail option is offered for packages weighing less than 150 ounces.


Napkins:  We package napkins in an outer envelope that has a length and width greater than the napkin itself. This makes sure they arrive in the best condition. For First Class Packages, we use either a rigid or padded envelope for optimal protection. 

Rice Papers:  A4 and A5 Rice Papers are shipped unfolded in a larger size package. A3 extra large rice papers are folded in half. Protective materials are used such as cardboard padding or rigid cardboard mailers.

International shipping: We use DHL and USPS international first class shipping methods. DHL International eCommerce Parcel transit time, averages 5 to 14 business days. DHL Express Worldwide averages 3 to 5 business days of transit time. This is an estimate only. Delivery timeframe is not guaranteed and may vary depending on your Country.  If USPS postal service is used, after crossing the border, the carrier will hand-off to your local postal service and you may need to pick up the package at your local post office. Please note that we do not offer flat rate or free shipping to any International country. 

International Duties, Fees and Import Taxes: For some countries, duties and import taxes may be prepaid. If this option is available for your country, you will see it in your checkout cart.  If a prepayment option is not visible in your checkout cart, then you should prepare to pay duties, fees and taxes to your mail carrier when the package arrives. Important; As a seller, our store only assumes responsibility for shipping your products to you. You, the customer are responsible for paying all taxes and import costs either at checkout, or to the shipping carrier. This includes such things as as VAT-Value Added Tax, GST-Goods & Services Tax, Duties, Clearing Fees and any additional carrier charges or taxes.

Verification: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and up-to-date at the time of checkout. Our system performs a basic verification, but the primary responsibility lies with the customer.

Third-Party Apps: If you are using third-party apps such as PayPal or Shop to complete your purchase, please review and update your address in those platforms to prevent shipping to an outdated address.

Reshipping Policy:
Contact: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or outdated address, we will contact you to obtain a corrected address.  

Reshipping Fee: In the event of a returned package, a reshipping fee will be applied. This fee must be paid before the item is reshipped. Option for Refund: If you choose not to have the package reshipped, we will refund your original invoice total, minus the original shipping charge.

Prevention of Future Issues: To prevent future shipping issues, we highly encourage you to: Regularly update your address on both our website and any third-party apps you use. Double-check your shipping address during the checkout process, especially if using a third-party payment platform.
