Shipping

We currently provide international shipping to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Switzerland.

  • Orders are normally fulfilled and shipped within 2 business days A "business day" is any day of the week, excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays. We carefully pull, check, and package each order to ensure accuracy and quality before shipping.
  • Transit time estimates which may be listed in your cart check-out are measured from the time the mail carrier picks up from our office, following fulfillment. UPS and USPS Transit times are also measured in "business days" as defined above. Shipping times displayed in the cart checkout are estimates only due to variables such as weather conditions, traffic, customs clearance, and unforeseen logistical delays.
  • If using a 3rd party checkout such as PayPal or Shop Pay, be sure to verify that your shipping address is correct in their system. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their shipping address on orders placed. 

❄️ Winter Shipping of Liquid Products (Paints, Glues, Varnishes)

During periods of cold weather, we take additional precautions when shipping water-based liquid products, including added inner packaging and insulation, to help reduce exposure to freezing temperatures. However, when extreme cold is widespread or prolonged, liquid items may still be at risk if transit delays occur.

Shipping delays at carrier hubs, airports, trucks, or processing facilities—particularly over weekends or holidays—can result in packages sitting in freezing conditions for extended periods. Smaller container sizes (such as 100 ml or 4 oz bottles) are more susceptible to freezing, though larger sizes may also be affected during prolonged cold exposure.

Because weather conditions and carrier transit delays are beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that liquid products will arrive in optimal condition during periods of extreme winter temperatures. To protect product quality, orders containing freeze-sensitive liquid items may be placed on a temporary fulfillment hold until weather conditions improve.

Customers are encouraged to review their local forecast and consider distance and regional weather patterns along a package’s transit route, as all orders ship from Greer, South Carolina and may travel through multiple states before delivery. During periods of severe cold, customers may wish to delay the purchase of liquid products or place liquid items in a separate order from non-liquid items if faster delivery of other supplies is desired.

Order Combination Policy
We’re sorry, but we cannot combine separate orders once they have been placed. Each order is assigned its own carrier tracking, and merging them would disrupt this process. Many purchases are also tracked by third-party payment apps such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, and combining can cause mismatches between our system and theirs. In addition, orders may already be in different stages of fulfillment, and combining them can interfere with accurate inventory tracking and increase the risk of mistakes. To keep things smooth, accurate, and transparent, each order must remain separate.

International Shipping:
We offer USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx international shipping options. Shipping timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only. Actual delivery times vary by country and are not guaranteed. We do not offer flat-rate or free international shipping. While all worldwide countries may appear in the country dropdown during checkout, only Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Switzerland are supported. Customers entering an unsupported country will receive an error message indicating that we do not ship to that destination. This is normal.

Shipping Fee Displayed in Cart (International Customers):
The shipping fee shown in your cart reflects postage only. Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in this amount. Shipping prices will vary depending on the carrier and service level you choose at checkout.

International Duties, Fees, and Import Taxes:
All international orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means duties, VAT/GST, and any handling or import fees are collected by your local postal service or delivery carrier when your package arrives in your country. As the seller, we are responsible for shipping your order, but you, the customer, are responsible for all import costs, including VAT, GST, duties, clearing fees, and any carrier-imposed charges.

United States shipping:

Proceed to the Checkout screen and enter your zip code to calculate the shipping cost for your order. This cost is based upon package weight. We offer a special reduced-price Flat Rate shipping tier for packages weighing under a half-pound. These are typically sent via USPS service. 

Small Napkin Orders: We offer an economical option for small orders of about 4 or less napkins. The cost is $2.80 flat rate for a Kraft oversize envelope with no tracking.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on domestic USA orders over $75. To take advantage of this, you must select the Free Shipping option from the drop-down menu under Shipping Options during cart checkout. The $75 minimum spend is calculated after any discounts are applied. Please note, free shipping over $75 does not apply to international orders.

A USPS Priority Mail option is offered for packages weighing less than 150 ounces.

Delivery Timelines:  Please monitor your email for tracking information and delivery timeline estimates. During holiday seasons or weather & unforseen emergencies which cause postal disruption, please expect delays. USPS packages don’t always travel in a straight path geographically. Their routing is based on processing hub capacity, and sometimes items are diverted to different hubs due to volume or staffing issues. These are not within our control.

Shipping Method Adjustments: If you select UPS at checkout, please be aware that UPS may apply a Delivery Area Surcharge (DAS) of $15 or more for certain rural, remote, or hard-to-access addresses. Because these surcharges are not built into our rate tables, we may switch your shipment to USPS to avoid passing that unexpected fee on to you. When we make this switch, we do our best to maintain an equivalent delivery timeline whenever possible.

Packaging-

Napkins:  We package napkins in an outer envelope that has a length and width greater than the napkin itself. This makes sure they arrive in the best condition. For First Class Packages, we use either a rigid or padded envelope for optimal protection. 

Rice Papers: A4 and A5 sizes are shipped flat in a protective, larger-sized package. A3 and larger sizes (including A2, A1, and A0) are folded for shipping to help manage your shipping costs. We use protective materials like cardboard padding or rigid cardboard mailers to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.

INQUIRIES about Package Tracking Status or Postal DeliveryThe average delivery transit time may be monitored using your emailed tracking linkIt is common for USPS to adjust its delivery estimate along the way. Our company has no greater tracking information than you have at your disposal, but we are happy to assist once your package appears to be unreasonably delayed (more than 2 weeks since order date). 

If you haven't received your package, but USPS indicates it was delivered, please contact your postal carrier or local post office branch directly with your tracking number to resolve the issue. By contacting them directly, you can best describe the physical environment where the package may have been left, give special instructions, or get in touch with your mail carrier or their supervisor.

  • Your Responsibility: DecoupageNapkins.com is not financially responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by customers. This includes addresses entered directly at checkout or supplied through third-party apps like PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or others. We do not offer refunds or reship orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer or through their third-party app.
  • Order Confirmation: We do our part by sending an emailed order confirmation immediately after purchase. Please provide a valid email address during checkout and review this confirmation to ensure all details, including your shipping address, are correct. If you notice any errors, please respond immediately so we have the opportunity to correct it before shipment. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please reach out to us via our store website's contact form.
  • Double-Check: Please double-check that your shipping address is correct and up-to-date at the time of checkout. The primary responsibility for accuracy lies with you.
  • Third-Party Apps: If you use third-party apps like PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or others to complete your purchase, ensure your address is current in those platforms to avoid shipping to an outdated address.

Inclement Weather Shipping Delays and Refund Policy-

At DecoupageNapkins.com, we understand that holiday seasons, postal strikes or inclement weather—such as wildfires, tornadoes, hurricanes, flooding and widespread power outages—can cause shipping delays. These examples are just a few of the potential weather events beyond our control and that of our shipping carriers. Neither packages nor postage costs are refunded due to weather-related delays and unforeseen events, as we incur shipping costs regardless of delivery timeframes. Customers can monitor transit timeframes using the tracking link provided in their shipping confirmation email. However, if your package arrives late due to weather, you are welcome to return it, and it will fall under our standard return policy. We kindly ask for your patience in these situations.
