We currently provide international shipping to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Switzerland.

  • Orders are normally fulfilled and shipped within 2 business days. A "business day" is any day of the week, excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays. We carefully pull, check, and package each order to help ensure accuracy and quality before shipping.
  • Transit time estimates shown during checkout are measured from the time the mail carrier picks up the package from our office, following fulfillment. UPS and USPS transit times are also measured in business days. Shipping times displayed during checkout are estimates only due to variables such as weather, traffic, customs clearance, carrier delays, and other unforeseen logistical issues.
  • If using a third-party checkout such as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, please verify that your shipping address is correct in that system before completing your order. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently provide international shipping to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Switzerland. Available shipping options may vary by country, package size, package weight, order value, and carrier availability. Shipping timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only. Actual delivery times vary by country and are not guaranteed.

We do not offer flat-rate or free international shipping. While additional countries may appear in the country dropdown during checkout, only Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Switzerland are currently supported. Customers entering an unsupported country may receive an error message indicating that we do not ship to that destination.

Shipping Fee Displayed in Cart for International Customers:
The shipping fee shown in your cart reflects postage only. Duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs fees, brokerage fees, handling fees, and import charges are not included in this amount. Shipping prices vary depending on the carrier and service level available at checkout.

International Duties, Fees, and Import Taxes:
All international orders ship DDU/DAP, meaning duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs fees, brokerage fees, handling fees, and any other import charges are not collected by DecoupageNapkins.com at checkout. These fees may be collected by your local postal service, customs office, or delivery carrier when your package arrives in your country.

As the seller, we are responsible for shipping your order. The customer is responsible for all import costs, including VAT, GST, duties, clearing fees, brokerage fees, handling fees, and any carrier-imposed charges. Choosing USPS, APC, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or any other available international carrier option does not change this responsibility.

USPS International Shipping:
USPS international shipping may provide a lower-cost postal option for qualifying orders. USPS delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and tracking may update less frequently once the package leaves the United States and transfers to the destination country’s postal system. Duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs fees, and import charges are not included in the USPS shipping price shown at checkout.

United States Shipping

We offer several shipping options for U.S. customers. The rate shown at checkout depends on your order total, package weight, package size, and delivery destination. You will see the available shipping choices before completing checkout.

For very small, lightweight orders, we offer an Economy Kraft Envelope option for $2.80. This option is not tracked and is only available for qualifying low-value, lightweight orders.

For regular orders, shipping generally increases as the package becomes heavier or travels farther. Lighter packages usually cost less to ship, while heavier packages or longer-distance shipments may cost more. The exact options available to you will appear in your cart during checkout.

Orders over $75 qualify for our tracked flat-rate shipping option of $9.99. This is a helpful choice for larger orders because it keeps shipping costs predictable.

Depending on your location and order size, you may also see additional carrier-calculated options at checkout, including UPS services.

Delivery Timelines:
Please monitor your email for tracking information and delivery timeline estimates. During holidays, severe weather, postal disruptions, customs delays, or other unforeseen events, please expect possible delays. USPS packages do not always travel in a straight geographic path. Routing is based on processing hub capacity, package volume, staffing, and other carrier factors that are outside our control.

Shipping Method Adjustments:
If you select UPS at checkout, please be aware that UPS may apply a Delivery Area Surcharge (DAS) of $15 or more for certain rural, remote, or hard-to-access addresses. Because these surcharges are not built into our rate tables, we may switch your shipment to USPS to avoid passing that unexpected fee on to you. When we make this switch, we do our best to maintain an equivalent delivery timeline whenever possible.

During cold weather, we take additional precautions when shipping water-based liquid products, including added inner packaging and insulation. However, prolonged or widespread freezing temperatures may still pose a risk if transit delays occur.

Carrier delays at hubs, in trailers, or in delivery vehicles, especially over weekends or holidays, can expose packages to extended freezing conditions. Smaller container sizes, such as 100 ml or 4 oz bottles, are more vulnerable, though larger sizes may also be affected during sustained cold.

Because weather and transit conditions are beyond our control, we cannot guarantee liquid products will arrive in optimal condition during extreme winter temperatures. To protect product quality, orders containing freeze-sensitive liquids may be placed on a temporary fulfillment hold until conditions improve. If below-freezing temperatures are forecast at the destination or along the transit route, we may also delay shipment until the start of the work week, typically Monday release, to reduce weekend exposure in non-temperature-controlled environments.

Customers are encouraged to review their local forecast and consider regional weather patterns along the transit route. All orders ship from Greer, South Carolina and may travel through multiple states before delivery. During severe cold, customers may wish to delay purchasing liquid products or place them in a separate order from non-liquid items if faster delivery of other supplies is desired.

Order Combination Policy

We’re sorry, but we cannot combine separate orders once they have been placed. Each order is assigned its own carrier tracking, and merging orders would disrupt this process. Many purchases are also tracked by third-party payment apps such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, and combining orders can cause mismatches between our system and theirs.

In addition, orders may already be in different stages of fulfillment. Combining orders can interfere with accurate inventory tracking and increase the risk of mistakes. To keep things smooth, accurate, and transparent, each order must remain separate.

Packaging

Napkins:
We package napkins in an outer envelope that has a length and width greater than the napkin itself. This helps them arrive in good condition. For tracked package shipments, we use either a rigid or padded envelope for added protection.

Rice Papers:
A4 and A5 rice papers are shipped flat in a protective, larger-sized package. A3 and larger sizes, including A2, A1, and A0, are folded for shipping to help manage shipping costs. We use protective materials such as cardboard padding or rigid cardboard mailers to help your order arrive in excellent condition.

Package Tracking Status and Postal Delivery Questions

The average delivery transit time may be monitored using the tracking link emailed to you after shipment. It is common for USPS and other carriers to adjust delivery estimates along the way. Our company does not have access to greater tracking detail than what is available through the carrier’s tracking system, but we are happy to assist once a package appears to be unreasonably delayed, generally more than 2 weeks from the order date.

If you have not received your package but USPS or another carrier indicates it was delivered, please contact your postal carrier, local post office branch, or delivery carrier directly with your tracking number. By contacting them directly, you can best describe the physical environment where the package may have been left, provide special instructions, or get in touch with the mail carrier, delivery driver, or supervisor.

We do not offer refunds or reship orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer or through a third-party checkout app.
  • Order Confirmation: We send an emailed order confirmation immediately after purchase. Please provide a valid email address during checkout and review this confirmation to make sure all details, including your shipping address, are correct. If you notice an error, please respond immediately so we have the opportunity to correct it before shipment. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please reach out to us through our store website’s contact form.

Inclement Weather Shipping Delays and Refund Policy

At DecoupageNapkins.com, we understand that holiday seasons, postal strikes, inclement weather, wildfires, tornadoes, hurricanes, flooding, widespread power outages, and other events beyond our control can cause shipping delays. Neither packages nor postage costs are refunded due to weather-related delays, customs delays, carrier disruptions, or unforeseen events, as we incur shipping costs regardless of delivery timeframes.

Customers can monitor transit timeframes using the tracking link provided in their shipping confirmation email. If your package arrives late due to weather or other carrier-related delays, you are welcome to return it, and it will fall under our standard return policy. We kindly ask for your patience in these situations.
