Mod Podge Paper Matte is an acid-free, all-in-one glue, sealer, and finish designed for paper crafts, scrapbooking, and memory keeping. It dries clear with a smooth, low-sheen matte finish that reduces glare and keeps printed colors and layered details visible.
Use it with napkins, rice paper, tissue paper, cardstock, printed designs, and other paper embellishments on paper, wood, canvas, fabric, and properly prepared plastic.
Especially useful for:

- Journals, bookmarks, and altered books
- Collages and mixed-media artwork
- Boxes, frames, signs, and canvas projects
For best results, apply thin, even coats. Position the paper design and gently smooth from the center outward to remove wrinkles and trapped air. Allow each layer to dry before applying another coat. Minimum cure time is 28 days.
Mod Podge Paper Matte is not waterproof and is best suited to indoor projects protected from standing water and prolonged moisture. Smooth surfaces such as plastic may require cleaning and light sanding to improve adhesion.
Drying and curing times vary by surface, application, and environment. Check with Plaid for its current recommendations before handling, using, or applying varnish or another finish over the completed project.
