Mod Podge Satin is an all-in-one glue, sealer, and clear finish for indoor crafts and home décor. It dries with a soft satin sheen that is more polished than matte but less shiny than gloss.
Use it with decoupage napkins, tissue paper, rice paper, scrapbook paper, and fabric accents on wood, canvas, papier-mâché, air-dry clay, and properly prepared plastic.
Especially useful for:

Apply thin, even coats and smooth the design from the center outward. Allow each layer to dry before adding another coat. Minimum cure time is 28 days.
