Stamperia Art Stories Wax Patina — Rusty Hint
Give modern crafts a touch of timeworn, rusty character.
A decorative wax patina paste designed to give finished crafts a distinctive metallic, aged or oxidized look. It is especially appealing on raised details and textured surfaces where a little contrast makes the pattern come alive.
Why crafters will love it
-
Make texture stand out: A natural finishing touch for industrial-inspired embellishments and aged-looking surfaces.
-
Small amount, big impact: Emphasize borders, molded details and interesting surfaces without hiding the base color.
-
Creative layering: Experiment with color beneath the patina for depth.
How to use
Start with a dry, prepared craft surface. Apply a small amount with a suitable soft cloth, sponge or brush, concentrating on the high points or selected details. Work gradually, and test first on a sample to judge the effect. Follow package directions for drying and any finishing precautions.
Creative tip: Rub a small amount across the peaks of a textured molding, leaving the recesses dark to create depth.
