For optimal results with this mold and resin, initiate the process by administering a coat of a release agent such as a slight spray of cooking oil. In contrast, when utilizing polymer or air-dry clay with this mold, initiate your project by spreading a delicate layer of cornstarch, talcum powder, or water onto the mold's surface prior to introducing the clay.

However, Acrylic paint is the most popular and widely used for mold castings. It is relatively inexpensive, easy to use, and dries quickly.
