Decoupage birds nest with blue eggs in wood frame using decoupage napkins

Mixed Media Birds Nest

Customer Photo Submission and Comments:

Here is a dimensional decoupage project I made live (on Facebook) using your nest napkin and some clay. I use clay to build up areas and then placed a cutting of that napkin image over the clay. I also added twine under the pussy willow branches to add dimension.

Decoupage Napkins used to make a Santa Christmas themed memory clock

Holiday Memory Clock

Customer Photo Submission and Comments:
Memory Clock.
Clock purchased at Hobby Lobby. Chose napkin and cut out Santa. Added where I wanted it on the clock then traced with Frixion pen which is erasable with heat. Separated plies. Then ironed on a piece of butcher paper, waxy side up against back of Santa. Trim butcher paper around edges of Santa This makes him opaque so clock numbers don’t show thru. Mod Podge Santa on clock and embellish as you want from there. Use heat gun to remove any traced pen marks. Works on any type clock. I chose to remove glass from mine but might also require breaking glass to remove. Happy crafting!
Disclaimer: if you add bulk embellishments, it becomes a non- working clock and for decoration only.

A Decoupage Wood Box made with Decoupage Napkins scene of Sunflowers and brown birds

Birds Nest Box

Customer Photo Submission and Comments:

I bought this cute round box on E-bay. I loved the lid but the inside was so plain. It needed some love for sure. I found a napkin pattern with sunflowers that match the lid. Perfect! With some matching acrylic paint, polka dots and decoupage glue, this sweet box came to life.

Decoupage Art Decoupage Jar made with Decoupage Napkins Beach Scene with Bicycle

Beach Bike Jar

Customer Photo Submission and Comments:

I made one for myself, now everyone in the family wants one! For the lid, I used Mod Podge with sparkle in it. I painted around the edge with a "sunflower" acrylic color. That is a nice match to the sand area. (I don't have a picture of the bottom of the jar. But it is painted with the "sunflower" acrylic paint also). On the jar itself I used Mod Podge glossy finish and put some touches of sparkle on just the water area. It looks like the sun is reflecting off the water.
